Child Abuse is the leading cause of death in children three and under. In the US, over 3 million reports are called in each year and almost 1 million of these are substantiated as abuse and/or neglect.

Thank you for helping Kids In Distress provide Prevention, Children's Emergency Shelters (infants to 12 y.o.), Foster Care, Therapeutic Preschool, and Therapy services.

How You Can Help

You are being asked to either become a 'Captive' for Kids In Distress' KID-napped fundraiser or become a supporter of a 'Captive'.

KID 'Captives' will provide Kids In Distress with their name, company affiliation, and a photograph (Individual/Family/ or with pets that has a minimum 300 dpi). A custom webpage will be created and the KID 'Captive' is now ready to go.

'Ransom' Demands

Each KID 'Captive' needs to raise their 'Ransom' so they can be set free.

KID 'Captives' simply send out an email to their family and friends asking them to support their efforts to help Kids In Distress.
